I find it hard to find a hire that doesn't have great upside. If Byington really is the floor, that's a darn good floor.

Stevens, Donovan, Otz. It doesn't go any further than that.

IC list pinned now

My only requirements/hopes are younger than 60, and has experienced a lot of recent (past 5 years) success in college basketball. Anyone that meets those criteria I'll enthusiastically support.

I don't understand why this list is on IC cluttering up the board. We have the real list Sherrell pinned.
