Officials for tonight

One would think it would behoove you to list who the officials are? Then we can all give our opinions about some guys we’ve never heard or.

More holding is probably slightly worse for us, but less PI is good for us. Probably a wash, maybe slight benefit.

No we WANT more holding. Indiana has been notorious for holding this year. Ohio State fans were going ape shit over the egregious holding in the CCG.

Not like our line hasn't gotten away with plenty of holding in the Big Ten as well though, and they're gonna be coming after us.

IU was holding quite a bit last game

It doesn’t seem like SEC refs are calling holding that much during the playoffs either

Indiana holds like crazy and it never gets called in the B1G (not just for them… for everyone) I’ll take less holding and less PI. PI Wise? Our DB’s are pretty handsy and physical but so are their receivers so I think it’s a wash (if it gets called both ways… **Stares at Crew Called the USC game*)

We have the better talent on the D line. If they can’t hold Matayo and Teitum, they will eat.

Wikipedia has Daniel Gautreaux (SEC) listed as the Referee. Apparently he headed the crew for the SEC championship game.

It wont matter, 18 Penalties on Oregon, none on Indiana.

Well that’s just common sense. Considering the big ten ref crews almost never call holding no matter how blatant it is it would be dumb not to take advantage of that.
