He wasn't retained by Michigan, from what I saw. Doesn't mean anything, as maybe the new coach wanted his own guy there.
This signals that quality coaches from all over, even without direct links to OU, are highly interested in working for BV!

I think I like it. I was hopeful they’d hire someone that had been at a power 4 program with a proven track record. I’m always worried about promotion from within. This seems a lot better.
