I’ve been working with him for 2.5 years even before he committed to Coach Cal and I refuse to believe this take. His mobility is hindered and he is at maybe 80%. Not a chance anyone is willing to take to play him but I believe he will play more for Kentucky before the seasons over. I just talked to him on Wednesday this week and it’s not a pack it in to protect draft stock etc type situation. I just hope he can heal properly as he has a great head on his shoulder and an amazing motor when he’s healthy. Wish we could see that version of Q at UK.

Thanks for this. So many UK fans are used to the Cal days when players just decided they didn't wanna play anymore. I thought all along JQ would play when so many were declaring he wouldn't. I also believe he will try to play again this year if the knee allows it.

While UT is trash as usual, I am really glad the fight didnt escalate further because Carey would have thrown half our kids in the nearest dumpster
