College Football Announcer Schedule: Broadcasters for notable Week 4 games

Following a wild Week 3 of college football, Week 4 has some of the final non-conference games of the 2025 season. Some big matchups are on the schedule, though, and the announcers are set for the college football slate.

The primetime slate features some of the most notable games of the week, headlined by Illinois at Indiana and Florida at Miami. But there are also key showdowns throughout the day as Texas Tech heads to Utah, Michigan visits Nebraska and an intriguing showdown as Auburn takes on Oklahoma in Jackson Arnold’s return to Norman.

From here, conference play will get underway as teams get their final tune-ups. Here is the college football announcer schedule for notable Week 4 games, according to data compiled by 506Sports.

Arkansas at Memphis

Date/Time: Sept. 20, Noon ET
Channel: ABC
Announcers: Joe Tessitore, Jesse Palmer

Before SEC play gets into full swing, Arkansas will take a trip to Memphis in the Noon ET window on Saturday. ABC picked up the game, which will have Joe Tessitore and Jesse Palmer on the call for the intriguing matchup.

Texas Tech at Utah

Date/Time: Sept. 20, Noon ET
Channel: FOX
Announcers: Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt

One of the top games of Week 4, Texas Tech and Utah will square off in an important Big 12 matchup. The two teams are looking to make runs in a wide-open conference this year, and Saturday’s game provides an opportunity to pick up an a big win in the race.

Tulane at Ole Miss

Date/Time: Sept. 20, 3:30 p.m. ET
Channel: ESPN
Announcers: Mark Jones, Roddy Jones

As it looks to make a run in the American this year, Tulane already has power conference wins over Northwestern and Duke on its resume. The Green Wave will now head to Oxford to take on Ole Miss before conference play begins, and coach Jon Sumrall already has the respect of Rebels coach Lane Kiffin.

Michigan at Nebraska

Date/Time: Sept. 20, 3:30 p.m. ET
Channel: CBS
Announcers: Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson

One of the top games in the Big Ten in Week 4, Michigan and Nebraska get CBS’ 3:30 p.m. ET slot. The Cornhuskers will look to make a statement against the Wolverines while Bryce Underwood gets another opportunity after last week’s monster performance against Central Michigan.

Auburn at Oklahoma

Week 4’s biggest storyline sits in Norman, where Auburn will take on Oklahoma. It marks a return to OU for Jackson Arnold, who spent two years with the Sooners before transferring this offseason and becoming the Tigers’ starting quarterback. ABC’s No. 2 booth of Sean McDonough and Greg McElroy will be on the call.

South Carolina at Missouri

Date/Time: Sept. 20, 7 p.m. ET
Channel: ESPN
Announcers: Dave Pasch, Dusty Dvoracek

A crowded primetime slate starts with an SEC matchup between South Carolina and Missouri. The Gamecocks are looking to bounce back from a loss to Vanderbilt last time out, but the Tigers will try to keep rolling after a 3-0 start to the year, including a rivalry win over Kansas.

Illinois at Indiana

The Big Ten’s marquee game of the week is a ranked showdown in Bloomington. Illinois makes the trip to Indiana to take on the Hoosiers for the primetime affair, billed by many as the potential top matchup of Week 4. It gets the primetime treatment on NBC, as well, with Noah Eagle and Todd Blackledge on the call.

Florida at Miami

A rivalry matchup gets ABC’s primetime slot as Florida heads to Miami to take on the Hurricanes. Mario Cristobal and Co. made a strong statement in last year’s game in Gainesville, and UF is trying to bounce back from back-to-back losses to USF and LSU.

Arizona State at Baylor

Announcers: Tim Brando, Devin Gardner

Arizona State and Baylor will square off in another key Big 12 game under the lights in Waco. The Sun Devils bounced back well from a loss at Mississippi State as they took down Texas State, while the Bears cruised past Samford fresh off a thrilling victory over SMU in Week 2.

Michigan State at USC

Date/Time: Sept. 20, 11 p.m. ET
Channel: FOX
Announcers: Jason Benetti, Robert Griffin III

Michigan State fans will have to stay up late for Saturday’s game at USC, which will kick off at 11 p.m. ET from the Coliseum. FOX’s No. 2 team of Jason Benetti and Robert Griffin III will be on hand for the late-night matchup.
