College Football Predictions: ESPN picks winners of every Top 25 game in Week 6

ESPN picked the winner of every game featuring a top 25 team in Week 6 of the college football regular season.
There weren’t many shakeups in the rankings going into Week 6, but there are a few ranked matchups that could really dictate the College Football Playoff rankings later this year. That includes one of the best rivalries in all of the sport.
Let’s dive into ESPN’s FPI predictions for every game featuring a top 25 team in Week 6.
No. 20 Kentucky vs. No. 1 Georgia

Kickoff: 7:00 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Spread: Georgia (-14.5)
FPI Prediction: Georgia – 85%
Other than Red River, all eyes will be here this weekend. Georgia plays host but has played some close games lately in the SEC. Kentucky is still a longshot, but maybe an upset isn’t out of the question.
No. 2 Michigan vs. Minnesota

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. ET (Peacock)
Spread: Michigan (-19)
FPI Prediction: Michigan – 84%
The Wolverines are rolling right now following two straight conference wins. JJ McCarthy and the offense have it going, the defense is dominant and that might not change against the Gophers.
No. 12 Oklahoma vs. No. 3 Texas

Kickoff: 12:00 p.m. ET (ABC)
Spread: Texas (-6.5)
FPI Prediction: Oklahoma – 50.9%
This is the game of the weekend, bar none. Texas is the favorite, but ESPN’s FPI favorites the Sooners in this one. But it’s basically a toss up. Get your popcorn ready.
Maryland vs. No. 4 Ohio State

Kickoff: 12:00 p.m. ET (FOX)
Spread: Ohio State (-20)
FPI Prediction: Ohio State – 88.4%
The Buckeyes return to action as one of the top four teams in the country, at least in the AP Poll. Maryland is no slouch though with Taulia Tagovailoa at quarterback.
No. 10 Notre Dame vs. No. 25 Louisville

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. ET (ABC)
Spread: Notre Dame (-6.5)
FPI Prediction: Notre Dame – 65.9%
The Fighting Irish had a get right, albeit tough, game against Duke and got back to the winning ways. Louisville is undefeated and rolling under first-year coach Jeff Brohm right now though.
No. 11 Alabama vs. Texas A&M

Kickoff: 3:30 p.m. ET (CBS)
Spread: Alabama (-2)
FPI Prediction: Alabama – 61.1%
Alabama is the road favorite, but this one seems to be close on paper, at least according to ESPN’s FPI and the spread. Can Max Johnson do it for Texas A&M? Or are Jalen Milroe and the Crimson Tide offense finding their groove?
No. 23 LSU vs. No. 21 Missouri

Kickoff: 12:00 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Spread: LSU (-6.5)
FPI Prediction: LSU – 65.5%
The Tigers are the favorite on the road, despite being the lower ranked team at the moment. Missouri has something going, but this would be a huge win for Eli Drinkwitz and company.
