LSU star defensive end BJ Ojulari expected to enter NFL draft

LSU star junior defensive end BJ Ojulari is expected to enter the NFL draft, sources tell On3.
Ojulari has posted 113 tackles, 20 tackles for loss and 12.5 sacks the last two seasons for the Tigers, including 58 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks this year.

Aided by Ojulari, who was a first-team All-SEC selection, LSU limited six of its final 11 regular season opponents to 20 points or fewer. The Tigers also held Alabama to 24 points through regulation of the Tigers’ 32-31 overtime victory over the Crimson Tide Nov. 5.
During the win over Alabama, Ojulari accumulated 11 tackles, including seven solo stops, and a sack.
Ojulari tallied 55 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks for LSU last year.
The younger brother of New York Giants outside linebacker Azeez Ojulari, Ojulari was part of the Tigers’ 2020 recruiting class. The Georgia native ranked as the fifth-best EDGE and 76th-best overall prospect nationally in that 2020 recruiting class according to the On3 Consensus Rankings.
