Auburn on Monday offered Louisiana transfer wide receiver Kyren Lacy.

Lacy, from Thibodaux, La., had 22 receptions for 304 yards and a team-high six touchdowns as a sophomore in 2021.

Lacy entered the transfer portal on Saturday and quickly began collecting offers. LSU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, UCF, Houston and South Alabama offered. Auburn quickly followed suit.

Lacy is the second transfer from Louisiana to earn an offer from Auburn. Offensive lineman O’Cyrus Torrence received an Auburn offer and took an official visit last week.

As a freshman in 2020, Lacy led the Ragin’ Cajuns with 28 receptions for 364 yards and four touchdowns. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
