BREAKING: Duke transfer linebacker Dorian Mausi signs with Auburn
Duke transfer linebacker Dorian Mausi has signed with Auburn football.
Mausi, who has one year of eligibility, was announced by Hugh Freeze during his Signing Day press conference. Mausi’s signing comes after spending the weekend in Auburn on an official visit.
Mausi will join Auburn after spending four seasons at Duke. He appeared in 34 games during his time with the Blue Devils with 32 starts. In 2023, he recorded 61 tackles and an interception. He had 44 tackles in six starts in 2022.
Mausi had a breakout sophomore season in 2021. He started 11 games and finished fourth on the team with 59 tackles, two tackles for loss and a half sack. As a freshman in 2020, he had 29 tackles, two tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks in three starts.
Mausi, who played high school football at Detroit (Mich.) University of Detroit Jesuit HS, was a three-star recruit and the No. 943 overall recruit.
