Updated SEC Tournament Bracket With Three Games Left

by: Mrs. Tyler Thompson02/27/20@MrsTylerKSR

With three games left, the SEC regular season title is still Kentucky’s to lose. Last night, LSU lost to Florida, leaving Auburn as the only team that can catch the Cats. If Kentucky beats Bruce Pearl’s Tigers on Saturday, they will secure the program’s 49th regular season championship.

As it stands now, Kentucky would be the one-seed, playing the winner of No. 8 Tennessee and No. 9 Alabama Friday at noon CT. Here are the updated standings and order based on tiebreakers:

1. Kentucky (13-2)
2. Auburn (11-4)
3. Florida (10-5)
4. LSU (10-5)
5. Mississippi State (9-6)
6. South Carolina (9-6)
7. Texas A&M (8-7)
8. Tennessee (7-8)
9. Alabama (7-8)
10. Missouri (6-9)
11. Arkansas (6-9)
12. Ole Miss (4-11)
13. Georgia (4-11)
14. Vanderbilt (1-14)

Florida now has the tiebreaker over LSU, but still has to face Kentucky and Tennessee and Georgia on the road, while the Tigers host Texas A&M, Georgia, and go to Arkansas.

Who would you rather face in the semifinals: LSU or Florida?
