LIVE UPDATES: GamecockCentral National Signing Day Headquarters
National Signing Day has officially arrived for South Carolina football and the Gamecocks 2024 recruiting class will officially put pen to paper on Wednesday, the first of the three-day early signing period, which has become the default signing window for most prospects.
The entire South Carolina commit list is expected to sign during the early period which officially begins at 7 a.m. on Wednesday.

The major storylines
— Debron decides (9 a.m.-ish). Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton three-star wide receiver Debron Gatling, a long-time target of South Carolina and former Texas A&M commit, is set to announce his decision on signing day during a ceremony at his school, which is set to begin at 9 a.m.
The 6-foot, 175-pound Gatling has not named finalists but is thought to be down to South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Louisville and Penn State.
Gatling visited South Carolina for the Kentucky game.

— Final decision for DB (noon). Springdale (Md.) Flowers class of 2024 three-star cornerback Braydon Lee has been committed to South Carolina since April but that hasn’t stopped in-state Maryland from continuing to pursue the nation’s No. 36 cornerback.
Lee took an official visit to Maryland a couple of weeks ago and also hosted Shane Beamer and the defensive staff for an in-home visit recently.
Lee is expected to sign at noon and will have his final decision then.

— Beamer speaks (3 p.m.). South Carolina head football coach Shane Beamer will hold a press conference at 3 pm ET on Wednesday to discuss the signing class and more. It will be the first time he’s spoken publicly about the newest Gamecocks.
