It's decision day for Vicari Swain
Another South Carolina football recruiting target is set to come off the board Friday.
Carrollton (Ga.) Central class of 2023 On3Consensus three-star ATH Vicari Swain will announce his decision at 12:30 this afternoon.
Swain will stream the announcement live on his Instagram account @v.bro._lowkey.

Duke, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Mississippi State, South Carolina and Vanderbilt make up Swain’s official top six that he released in early July but South Carolina, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt appear to be the three schools to watch.
The 6-foot-1, 163-pounder visited South Carolina in January — his second overall trip to campus — then followed that up with an official visit to Columbia in June. Vanderbilt and Maryland also landed official visits in June, and Mississippi State scored a visit late in July.
The On3 Consensus — a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — lists Swain as the No. 756 overall player in the country, No. 41 athlete in the nation and the 73rd-best prospect from the state of Georgia.
Listed as an athlete, Swain appears to be on South Carolina’s board as a defensive back but is capable of also playing wide receiver at the college level.
If the Gamecocks land Swain, he will be the 17th commitment in their 2023 class, which currently ranks No. 21 in the 2023 Consensus Football Team Recruiting Rankings.
