Texas baseball's full 2024 schedule revealed
On Thursday, Texas released its full 2024 schedule which features 37 games at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.

The unofficial beginning to the season comes on February 3 for the annual Alumni Game.
The regular season kicks off with an eight-game homestand. San Diego comes to town February 16-19 to start the season. The first midweek game of the year is a February 20 matchup with Houston Christian.
Cal Poly is the next three-game series. That is scheduled for February 23-25.
St. John’s head to town on February 27 before David Pierce and company head to Houston to compete in the Astros Foundation College Classic at Minute Maid Park. The Longhorns face defending national champions LSU on March 1, Texas State on March 2, then Vanderbilt on March 3.
The Texas A&M Aggies head to Austin on March 5 for the annual rivalry mid-week matchup. Then, Texas travels to Lubbock one final time to face Texas Tech March 8-10. Incarnate Word heads to the Disch on March 12 to start a 10-game homestand.
Washington will play Texas in Austin on March 15 through 17 for a non-conference series. Then the Air Force Falcons will play a double-midweek in Austin, continuing a trend for both programs. That is scheduled for March 19-20.
Baylor follows from March 22-24, then Texas A&M-Corpus Christi treks north on IH-37 and IH-35 for a game on March 26.
The Longhorns leave the state March 28-30 for a series in Manhattan, Kan. versus Kansas State before returning home for a one-off with Abilene Christian.
For the first time as a Big 12 rival, BYU shows up in Austin for an April 4-6 series. That precedes a double-midweek with Texas State. The first of the two games will be April 9 in San Marcos with the return game April 10 in Austin.
The Longhorns reunite with longtime Southwest Conference rival Houston on April 12-14. Pierce graduated from Houston and was an outfielder for the Cougars.
UT-Rio Grande Valley visits the state capital on April 16, then TCU arrives the following weekend for an April 19-21 three-game set.
Texas hosts another system-mate UT-Arlington on April 23 before heading to Norman, Okla. for one final Red River Shootout series with the Sooners as members of the big 12.
A five-game homestand follows with an April 30 game versus Sam Houston, a May 3-5 series with Oklahoma State, and a May 7 single game with Texas Southern.
The Longhorns travel to Orlando, Fla. on May 10-12 for a three-gamer with Central Florida before returning home for the final regular season series versus Kansas on May 16-18.
The 2024 Big 12 Baseball Championship returns to Globe Life Field in Arlington May 21-25.
Texas’ fall world series is this weekend on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Start times for the first two games is 6 p.m. before a 1 p.m. start on Sunday.
The Longhorns were 42-22 last season and won a share of the Big 12 regular season championship. Texas advanced to the super regional round before falling to Stanford in the Palo Alto Super Regional.
