With the Cardinal taking the decisive Game 7, Texas now knows it will head to Palo Alto, Calif. for a best-of-three series with Stanford with a spot in the College World Series on the line.

Texas and Stanford are on the Saturday through Monday schedule. Game 1 of the super regional will be at 5 p.m. Central on Saturday, June 10 at Sunken Diamond. ESPN 2 will televise the game.

TV partners and a start time for Game 2 were not announced. Game 3, if necessary, did not have TV or first-pitch details released either.

Texas (41-20, 15-9 Big 12) took home the Big 12 regular season title. After a two-and-out appearance at the Big 12 Tournament, the Longhorns won the Coral Gables regional by defeating Louisiana, No. 9 national seed Miami, then Miami once again to head to the round of 16.

Stanford (42-17, 23-7 Pac 12), won the 2023 Pac-12 regular season championship. The Cardinal won three straight elimination games, including a 7-1 win over Texas A&M on Monday, to advance to the super regionals.
