The second national signing day, for the most part, marks the end of the 2023 recruiting cycle. Texas still has recruitments it is monitoring in Red Oak (Texas) safety and TCU commit Warren Roberson and Phoenix (Ariz.) Pinnacle tight end and five-star Duce Robinson, but attention can shift toward unearthing prospects in the 2024 and 2025 classes.

Texas extended a handful of offers in late January as part of a recruiting philosophy that tries to reap the benefits of the Texas brand across the nation.
