Yeah, say what you will about the current direction things are headed with marijuana, but a pound is a ridiculous amount. Even in states where that is legal, you're going to have problems. Tax stamp feels like salt in the wound at that point. Like getting a speeding ticket after getting arrested for fleeing and eluding.

The tax stamp is extra charge so they can fine people more! You would have to basically sdmitt you have illegal drugs in order to obtain the stamp so no one gets one.
