I get this team is flawed and blew some games down the stretch, but all the bubble teams have losses. Objectively when you look at resumes, not sure how you don’t include us:

We're out and we need to be recruiting instead of wasting time on a meaningless consolation tournament and getting embarrassed by a team that the people in the state the school is in have never even heard of.

Joe has us as the second team out now and Oklahoma as the first team out. *disclaimer: I know Joe isn't always right and “Joe doesn't know anything,” but I'm just passing the info on.

I think we’re out. Probably the right choice. I really wouldn’t be excited to watch us be a first round exit in the tournament anyways.

Hard to argue against AUB in this graphic….until I look at the names at the top. Politics ain’t on our side. Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think we get in. Would be the most losses ever for a tourney team (at-large).

Definitely out. Bruce's television lobbying v Miami(OH) won't do us any favors.

If the ncaa has any integrity left then auburn should be in. It would be wrong to not have the ncaa selection committee follow the ncaa rules and to hold auburn for a loss to Alabama at home in which they played a professional athlete who was deemed by the ncaa as ineligible regardless of the courts. The ncaa rules say it should be an automatic forfeiture and if the ncaa rules are up held auburn would be in over Alabama as we would have the same record and a split series and auburn would have one more q1 win which is what they said we needed to be in when we played UT so if this is all true auburn with its resume and strength of schedule auburn should be squarely in and if Alabama makes it and auburn doesn’t the our AD has a 100% responsibility to sue the ncaa for damages here. Especially if they don’t follow their own rules and penalize us because of their inability to enforce. If cohen doesn’t sue in that case how can auburn ever ask for a dime of investment if they don’t protect it and if our ad doesn’t fight at that point he should not be the ad plain as day at that point!!!

It’s only the most losses if the NCAA doesn’t enforce their own rules. The Alabama game at home should be by the rules a bama forfeit and an auburn win and every game the ineligible player played should be considered a loss by the selection committee as the committee is supposed to follow ncaa rules when determining who is in and if that’s the case auburn would have a split series with bama and the same record but a stronger strength of schedule meaning by every metric auburn should be in over Alabama if the ncaa committee does it Job and follows ncaa guidelines.

100% and how can auburn be held for the bama game at home when they played an ineligible player which was deemed ineligible. Not to mention that the rules committee never received the required proof of the evidence for over turning of the A&M game which they filed with the ncaa which would mean two more wins if rules matter.

Auburn has to be in if ncca rules and guidelines are upheld in the ncaa selection committee. no way auburn isn’t in the tourney. If bama is in and auburn isn’t our AD has an obligation to go after the ncaa on this one and protect and defend auburns investment and this team.

No, you have to watch regardless of how bad it is. That’s the contract we’ve all signed as Auburn fans.

But it’s stupid to not want Auburn to make it because you are tired of watching them. Auburn has only made the Dance 14 times so in my opinion it would be huge to get in, even if we got embarrassed in Dayton
