I have seen the vague and unflattering references to Gattis on the site over the years. Bur am I correct he was not forced out at PSU? I would imagine this is a situation where the only way Gattis is brought back is if Terry gives his blessing. Surely Campbell will ask Terry for his thoughts.

Engram would be a good pull. Tons of WR coaching experience.

My only concern with Bobby is whether at this stage of his career he has the energy to recruit the way he will need to at this level. His resume speaks for itself. Strictly from a personality perspective, i think he and Campbell would get along very well.
The concern with Gattis would be the job hopping. He has left PSU, Alabama, Michigan and Miami. Maybe all of those moves can be explained, but IMO it is a concern.

Concerned about the cloud of rumors around Gattis, but on the other hand, perhaps the curse cannot be lifted until Gattis retakes his place?

I thought there was zero chance that Engram would come here, but funny coincidence that he was reported to be retained by the Commanders Feb 13th of last year...maybe negotiating a potential extension and evaluating all options?
