Nebraska Baseball......

They've only won 40 games total so far. And 6 in a row.

We have also scored 74 runs in the last 7 games, winning every game in that span. Seems like we are doing our fair share of knocking as well.

Minnesota is playing to extend their season. A lot of runs were going to be scored.

It’s a valid question. Are the arms tired and spent? Getting to 40 wins has been great! Hopefully they can get some rest (but that doesn’t happen at this time of the year). If the bats can stay hot, maybe they will overcome.

Yeah it's pretty bad right now.

Two ways of looking at things. Hint, one way will give you are more fulfilling life. Which one are you and why? 1. a fan that loves offense and a team that finds a way to win over and over. Sees holes but enjoys the ride 2. a fan that only looks at problems. Horrible pitching, don’t care about the offense even though we are winning.

Yeah the offense in playing fantastic and thats great to see but since that Ohio St series the arms have not been good really at all.

I get that but youre about to start playing big boy teams. You're giving up 10 to Minnesota how many will you give up to UCLA or any other highly rated program. Im glad to see the offense is playing very well doesnt mean im gonna feel good that our pitchers are getting destroyed by every tom dick and Harry

Lol sorry I live in the real world guys. Yes its great we won 40 games. Its also very worrisome that your pitchers are playing terrible right when the games mean the most. We will see how fun those rose colored glasses are here soon.

Not at all. Id much prefer that the pitching starts to heat up because we truly have a great offense that can compete if the arms do their job. Id gladly eat crow dont paint your own BS narrative on me. I just came in speaking fact. If the football team scored 50 a game and have up 40 each game im sure wed be worried going from Minnesota, Rutgers etc in football to a playoff of top tier teams or at least I would. Would I watch and hope they get it figured out? Of course but id still be worried about it.

The arms have been ok. Not great but ok. We did just pitch a shutout last week you know

Because you're acting like I dont know that they have won 40 games this year. I came in just to discuss a team i love with people and you just get attacked for speaking what you literally see with your own two eyes. Of course I want them to win ive been a husker fan my entire life. But ive also seen team after team regardless of sport fall apart in every big moment they have and the pitching we have has fallen apart in recent weeks and it doesnt make sense after having a pretty good year

This doesn’t need to be hard or a debate. Two things can be true: Overall, team is playing great by finding ways to win AND our pitching needs to shore things up if we want to go far in the post season.

Despite bullpen troubles, haven’t lost a game when leading after 6 innings. Pretty crazy stat considering what we’ve all witnessed this season

Won 41 games & going to host a regional here in a couple weeks for the first time since 2008 . If you’re not excited maybe quit following baseball

Exactly this and 100% agree. I mainly dont want to see whats been a great offense go down because pitching couldn't figure it out
