So far not a big fan of CSP but I will give him a chance to prove himself. I am certainly not in the camp of being a hater or rushing to judgment on his coaching capabilities. War Damn 🏀

I'm on record saying this collection of players was going to be a challenge after attending one summer practice. They just didn't pass the eye test. Couple that with having NEVER played in a game together and it was almost predetermined to be a big drop off from last year. Not really sold on Steven either, but he's here for at least another year or likely 2. Everyone knows that's a fact, yet we still have to be subjected to daily posts about firing him. What's crazy to me is that folks don't really step back and realize this year was never going to be great. I do think it's underachieving to not make the tournament, but it isn't like Bruce would have this team winning 23 or 24 games. We were a 19-20 win team with Bruce that probably loses first or second game of the tournament. The difference is Bruce had built up enough belief and goodwill. Stephen doesn't have that. If next year is bad, by all means get out the pitchforks but it's wild for this place to be so volatile right now. Next year is the real test imo. Gotta give him a real shot at building this thing.

yeah, all in the plan to take a team built by transfers to get worse over the course of the season & have a gutted core for next year. All the while, having to literally play yourself out of the tournament. No one expected to return to the F4, but pray tell on what we're transitioning to. Tell the not idiots to keep up the good work and war eagle from us idiots.
