KD seems more open to doing it than NS ever was. I’d let the players decide! we can honor tradition but why can’t we have a little fun too? I’d also love a block A at the center of the field too.

Regardless of color, why would we use helmets initially certified in 2016? Are we THAT poor?

This needs to happen. at minimum but them staggered at each 25 yard line if you insist on keeping the circular logo at midfield.

White Helmets are our tradition! Any one who doesn't realize this doesn't know as much about Alabama Football Tradition as they think they do! They were worn a lot during the Bear Era. I saw Johnny Musso beating USC in LA wearing a white helmet. Some of you guys needs to learn about Alabama Football Tradition!

I think it would be awesome to see again. Unless we lost while wearing them. Then it would be terrible.

The only thing I drastically disagree with is, “let the players decide!” I’d venture to guess most of the players have zero clue about our traditions that are as far removed as the white helmets have been. When was the last time we wore them, back in the Ray Perkins era?! Possibly some of the guy’s own parents weren't even thought of, yet. Unless it’s going to help us in recruiting, that is! If it gets Monshun to sign AND PLAY for us good guys (the 3 seasons he’ll have in college before becoming a first-round pick), we can have a full-fledged “White Out” inside Bryant Denny Stadium, even on Saban Field!
