Iowa defensive line joins turnover parade

The Iowa defense has continued to be the strength of the team overall, turnovers have been harder to come by then normal this season. On Saturday, the Hawkeyes defensive line did something that is even more unusual than the lack of turnovers this season. They picked off a pair of passes and nearly returned one of them for a touchdown.
Following the dominating 37-0 win over the Badgers, Aaron Graves and Bryce Hawthorne, who both experienced their first interceptions in an Iowa uniform, spoke about that that moment was like for them as defensive tackles. Hawthorne spoke about the tipped ball drills that they do in practice to prepare for a moment like he had on Saturday. Graves talked about if he actually thought he got into the end zone and the time that he almost scored a touchdown on an interception in high school.
