Notebooks: Spring ball updates on Kansas State offense

Throughout spring ball we were able to meet and chat with every Kansas State coach, including the boss Chris Klieman and coordinators Matt Wells and Joe Klanderman. Each time we provided the updates and information through notebooks.
We discussed the Wildcats with the K-State offensive coaches first and foremost. Wells led it off by talking about the offense as a whole of course, but he also shed light on what he was seeing from the Kansas State quarterbacks.

Wells is in charge of the tight ends because Brian Lepak received the promotion to lead the K-State offensive line after Conor Riley left for the Dallas Cowboys. How will he differ in his approach and what makes him a great teacher?
