The day has come for the final decision from On300 four-star defensive back Jyaire Hill out of Kankakee, Illinois. Michigan football has long been a contender for his services but did not make his top-5 schools – Illinois, Kentucky, Florida, Purdue and Missouri. Despite this potential misdirect, the Wolverines remain squarely in the mix for the defender.

There is still enough confidence in Michigan that our staff is on the road and covering the announcement in person. Our EJ Holland still has a pick in for Hill to Michigan and the On3 Recruiting Prediciton Machine still has the Wolverines as the overwhelming favorite.

The Wolverine’s Zach Libby will be live from Hill’s high school to stream his announcement, which is set for 4 p.m. ET. Keep it locked in here for the live video of his decision as well as a blog running down what takes place leading up to the event.
