The 2025 Elite 11 Finals are set for this week as 20 of the nation’s top 2026 quarterback prospects head to Southern California for the three-day event. USC commit Jonas Williams will be in attendance for the event that runs Tuesday through Thursday at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach.

Williams earned his Elite 11 Finals invitation after attending the Elite 11 Regional in Nashville back in April.

Williams is the nation’s No. 89 overall prospect and No. 9 quarterback in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking. The On3 Rankings place him as the No. 7 quarterback in the country. This week, he’ll have a chance to compete against several of the quarterbacks ranked ahead of him, including a trio of five-stars in Texas commit Dia Bell, Tennesee commit Faizon Brandon and Houston commit Keisean Henderson.

Williams has impressed at a number of offseason events, including the Elite 11 Regional and some OT7 tournaments.

“Jonas Williams has a very well-rounded game,” On3’s Director of Scouting Charles Power told Steve Wilftfong earlier this offseason. “He’s a strong passer. I thought he made strides as a junior. Provides a run threat as well.

“Not a lot of holes in his game right now,” Power continued. “We’ve seen him in person several times over the years. He’s always impressed. Good arm, good mobility, is a good decision-maker and plays with a competitive edge.”

Williams was one of the major recruiting wins for head coach Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans in this 2026 class. Riley went all in on him at the quarterback position and landed the flip from the Oregon Ducks back in February. The Trojans would later go on to also flip defensive tackle TomTom Topui from the Ducks and have raced out to the nation’s No. 1 2026 recruiting class with Williams as the No. 6 prospect in USC’s class.
