WATCH: USC Trojans Continue Summer Conditioning Program
Recent events have USC fans’ attention focused on the 2024 football season, when the Trojans will make their debut in the Big Ten Conference. But first, there are two years to go in the Pac-12.
As of today, there are just 59 days remaining until USC kicks off its first game under head coach Lincoln Riley against Rice. Momentum is about to get rolling in a big way. Pac-12 Media Day is scheduled for the end of the month and the Trojans will kick off fall camp shortly after that.
It will be the media’s first real look at the team since spring ball. But the USC Trojans continue to work this offseason. The players spoke highly all spring of the strength program being run by Director of Football Sports Performance Bennie Wylie.
USC fans got something of a look at the latest summer conditioning sessions from Bryan Kegans, Associate Director of Football Sports Performance.
The video shows players out on Howard Jones and Brian Kennedy Fields working on conditioning. It also showcases some of the weight lifting program inside the John McKay Center.
USC 2022 Football Schedule

The following week, USC travels to Stanford for a 4:30 pm kick in Palo Alto.
The Trojans then return back home for the first true night game of the season. The September 17 game against Fresno State will kick off at 7:30 pm.

On September 24, the Trojans take on Oregon State in Corvallis.
That game is followed by back-to-back home games against Arizona State (October 1) and Washington State (October 8).
If everything goes according to plan, the second half of the season opens with perhaps the Pac-12 Game of the Year. USC travels to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Utes on October 15. Preseason projections place those programs as either the top two, or two of the top three, programs in the conference. Previously, the Pac-12 previously announced the championship game will feature the two programs with the highest conference winning percentages rather than the winners of the North and South Divisions. That sets the stage for a possible rematch between these two programs at the end of the year. But this is a game that could mean a lot in the Pac-12 this year. And for the Trojans, it could mean a lot moving forward.
USC gets a bye following the trip to Utah. But the Trojans will stay on the road the following week for a trip to Tucson and the Arizona Wildcats on Oct. 29.
Home games against Cal (November 5) and a Friday night game against Colorado (November 11) start the month of November. USC finished the season with its two rivalry games.
USC will take on UCLA in the Rose Bowl on November 19. UCLA has scored at least 34 points against USC in four-straight game and put 62 on the Trojans last season.
Notre Dame then comes to the Coliseum on November 26 to complete the regular season.
