If you know basketball, you know Cincinnati is playing as well as anyone in the country right now. The only thing embarrassing is our fans, who are clueless. Nonetheless. This loss sucks. Bill couldn't figure out their defense and only once did we solve the 1-3-1. Teams who win the Natty win these games. Bill has some soul searching to do, because as good as Cincy is, KU should not have struggled like this.

That road trip through Utah last year (non-competitive losses to BYU and Utah) was really embarrassing.

They beat last place Utah by 4 points. Thats as good as Duke and Michigan? A three game win streak with 2/3 against teams with losing records makes you a top 5 team? The fans have every right to be pissed about their team putting in ZERO effort into the game today. We have taken an absolute beating 2/3 games. We gave up with 8 minutes to go. We never showed up for the game and at 8 minutes to go when things got a little tough we showed the least amount of toughness we have all year and just gave up. We bent over and grabbed our ankles and told Cincy to do whatever they wanted. This was a BAD game. Cincy can have their credit for executing but we made them look a lot better than they are.

And don't forget Ward called this a "classic trap game". Now he's acting like a child again.

Zero effort my ass. Please read the rest of my post. I'm as critical of BILL as anyone on this, but Cincy deserves credit. A very well coached team of very talented players.

2023 TCU was my least favorite. Ranked #2 and lost by 23 at home.
