We're rooting for the Seahawks, right?

I mean - Mike McD, Partridge, JayBaugh, Barner, Olu and Morris. It's like Michigan Northwest. ....and Vrabel is a Buckeye. Come on, now, who ya got?

The freep will buy an ad again to congratulate the msu guy. They did that in 2018 for a guy who never even played at msu. Will ignore all the Michigan guys.

Lions fan here with really no dog in the fight. I’m an NFC guy and have always had an affinity for the Seattle sports teams, so the Michigan connections that the Hawks have make them the easy choice. I will say that New England winning this year’s Super Bowl seems about on brand for the 2025 NFL season though. They would easily be one of the worst Super Bowl Champions I can remember. Either way, just hoping for a good game.

Absolutely. Mike McDonald was 1 of the biggest catalyst turning Michigan’s defense around.

Why can’t you stand Darnold? He’s like the least polarizing guy there is.

I'm not a huge pro football fan -- and normally would pick my rooting interest exactly along these lines -- BUT I live in the Boston area, so I'm rooting for the home team. That said, unlike everyone else who will be at the Super Bowl party we are about to head to, I won't be too brokenhearted if the Pats lose. I also have one other great incentive to root for the home team: If they win, my wife (who works in the city) will either get a day off from work or a day when she is told to stay home to work to avoid the parade party crowd. I'm a huge fan of her getting to spend more time here with me, so ... go Pats!

I don’t like either team even a bit…but if I had to pick, I’d root against Vrabel.

Go Pats! Feel like this is a low pressure game for us though. Playing with house money.

My rooting interest is where my money takes me. Got in two playoff prediction polls. Have a chance to win a good amount money if the Pats win so…. Go Pats!! 😂
