2026 five-star forward Baba Oladotun is done taking visits. Now, he’s heading towards a decision.

The 6-foot-10, 190-pound small forward from James Hubert Blake (Silver Spring, MD) will make his college decision on Wednesday, November 19, sources tell KSR+. He is down to a final four of Kentucky, Arkansas, Maryland, and Georgetown.

Oladotun has taken official visits to all four of his finalists. He visited Kentucky from Oct. 17-19, being in attendance for UK’s Blue-White game.

“They were definitely on point,” Oladotun’s father, Ibrahim, told KSR+ after his Kentucky visit. “Everything was timely. They picked us up from the house, took us to the airport, and we got to the hotel. Coach [Jason] Hart and Coach [Mark] Pope were waiting for us at the hotel.”

OIadotun was originally one of the top players in the 2027 class. He announced his plans to reclassify into 2026 earlier this fall.

“Baba has been playing 2026 all of his life, except last year when he played 15’s,” Ibrahim said. “He’s been playing up since his grassroots [career] started. He’s been playing up, winning games, and being dominant. The 2026 team he played for went undefeated. This is really not new.”

Baba Oladotun’s Game

James Hubert (Maryland) Blake five-star small forward Baba Oladotun is the nation’s No. 7 overall prospect according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, an equally weighted average that utilizes all three major recruiting services. Rivals ranks Oladotun as the No. 4 small forward and the No. 9 overall player in the 2026 class.

“I believe he’ll be able to play the one through five and guard the one through five [this year],” his father, Ibrahim Oladotun, told KSR+. “I’d like to see more on the catch-and-shoot.”

Oladotun’s father laid out the factors that they will be placing in a commitment earlier this fall. He said that “The most important thing for me is fit.”

“Baba is like Coach Pope, a tall, skilled guy,” Oladotun said. “Coach Pope, the way he’s talking about Baba, he said he’s going to let him work out with guards during practice. To me, if he said he’s going to let him work out with guards, that’s putting him in the right place.”
