South Carolina offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains’ offer spree at the quarterback position continued over the weekend with the Gamecocks offering two QBs from the 2026 class.

Nashville (Tenn.) Christian School quarterback Jared Curtis and Jackson (Ala.) signal caller Landon Duckworth both announced offers from South Carolina on Twitter Saturday afternoon.

While On3 has not produced rankings for the 2026 class yet, both prospects are considered national-level recruits.

The 6-foot-3, 197-pound Curtis holds early offers from Alabama, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Vanderbilt, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Miami, Florida State, LSU, Penn State, and Notre Dame, among others.

Curtis threw for 2,285 yards and 27 touchdowns with eight interceptions last season while rushing for seven touchdowns and 481 yards, leading his team to a 10-3 record as a freshman.

Not to be outdone, the 6-foot-3, 187-pound Duckworth is working on a nice early offer list of his own, landing scholarships from Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, Arkansas, and TCU.

Duckworth visited Columbia last month to take in the Gamecocks’ Garnet and Black spring game.

“The fans, the atmosphere just for it to be a spring game, it was a lot of people there,” Duckworth told GamecockCentral.com. “Shows me it’s a lot of support there, and a good fan base.”

While in Columbia, Duckworth had an opportunity to meet up with members of the Gamecocks coaching staff.

“I talked to Coach Loggains & Coach (Jody) Wright,” he said. “The conversations were good, they both say they like me and my style of play at the quarterback position.”

As a freshman, Duckworth passed for 1,985 yards and 20 touchdowns. He also rushed for 355 yards and 8 touchdowns.

The two class of 2026 offers come on the heels of Loggains extending offers to three quarterbacks from the 2025 class on Thursday after watching a bunch of QBs throw during the spring evaluation period.

Lucedale (Miss.) George County four-star quarterback Deuce Knight, Findlay (Oh.) four-star quarterback Ryan Montgomery and Columbia (S.C.) Richland Northeast QB Will Wilson all landed offers from the Gamecocks.
