The newest update to the On300 is here, and as usual, there are fluctuations in the rankings which are being felt from the Georgia perspective.

Georgia’s first commit on the list is Ellis Robinson, who saw his ranking drop just a point, down to No. 4 from No. 3. That move is likely triggered more by the ascension of LJ McCray than anything Robinson has done, and he remains the nation’s top cornerback for his efforts at IMG Academy.

All-world linebacker Justin Williams didn’t change at all in this ranking, holding steady at his spot as the No. 14 overall prospect in the country and remaining the top inside linebacker in the 2024 cycle. The Texas-based star is a centerpiece for Glenn Schumann’s efforts in the class.

Minimal changes come through the next five names on the list for the Bulldogs with Williams’ Oak Ridge teammate Joseph Jonah-Ajonye down just a spot to No. 26. Running back Nate Frazier also slipped eleven spots to No. 31 from No. 20 and just outside of the current five-star range, though he’d likely be adding that star if these rankings were final. Quarterback Dylan Raiola and linebacker Chris Cole held respective spots at No. 34 and No. 41, respectively. Meanwhile, tight end Jaden Reddell dipped ten spots, finding himself at No. 48 from No. 38 in the last update.

Georgia’s first riser on the list is a big one and at a significant position, with Swainsboro cornerback Demello Jones jumping 24 spots and knocking on top fifty range at No. 57 from No. 81 previously. Quarterback Ryan Puglisi also climbed the charts a few spots this go round, coming up to No. 116 from No. 120. Recent commit Ondre Evans, another talented cornerback in this class who was formerly committed to LSU, also saw his stock gain ground. He picked up 29 spots to land at No. 134 from No. 163 lin the previous update.

The biggest gain for this Bulldogs is up next, and it’s a name that’s likely not discussed enough in offensive lineman Marcus Harrison. The big New York native is fifty spots above his previous rankings, breaking into the top 150 at No. 145 overall. Previously at No. 195, he’s continued to ascend throughout this cycle. Offensive line running mate Michael Uini, on the other hand, saw a slight dip of 13 spots, finding himself at No. 157 from No. 144.

Wide receiver commit Nitro Tuggle was another big riser for the Dawgs, coming up 30 spots for his senior season work. He checks in at No. 162 in this update. Defensive lineman Justin Greene, the next name on the list where Georgia is concerned, fell back almost the same amount, going from No. 129 to No. 163 and right next to Tuggle, a drop of 34 spots.

Running back Dwight Phillips fell to No. 173 from No. 113, in what is a significant tumble of 60 spots, but new commit Nasir Johnson, a key name on the defensive line for the Bulldogs, managed to pick up a few spots after his flip from Florida. The big man from Dublin now ranks in the top 200, checking in at No. 197 for a 20-point rise.

To the chagrin of Georgia, however, the list is rounded out with some significant falls. Lineman Nyier Daniels took the biggest hit of the entire group, falling 76 spots and now checking in at No. 210 overall. Defensive lineman Jordan Thomas also saw a plummet of 70 spots, down to No. 212 from a previous No. 142. Running back Chauncey Bowens took a hit, as well, finding himself at No. 221 from a previous No. 173 overall.

Currently, Georgia is ranked as the No. 1 class in the country per the On3 Industry Team Ranking and has 28 commits locked in for the 2024 cycle.
