Stoops, Clinkscale visited Justin Rogers today

A couple of UK football coaches — Mark Stoops and Steve Clinkscale — were at Oak Park High School in Oak Park, Michigan on Tuesday to spend time with Justin Rogers, one of the big stars in UK’s current recruiting haul.
“I had fun seeing y’all today,” Rogers said of his visit with Stoops, his next head coach; and Clinkscale, UK’s lead recruiter in Michigan.

By now you should know Rogers; if not, he is a top-50 player nationally and the fourth-best defensive tackle in the country, per the 247 Sports Composite Rankings. He’s one of those we don’t see too often around here, and the highest-rated get since Micah Johnson in UK’s Class of 2006.
He’ll be signing his paperwork to officially become a Cat in a couple of weeks and it is a very big deal for the program, folks.
