Here are the signing times that The Bengal Tiger has heard, where the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine is leaning for the prospects, rankings and more.

5-star LB Harold Perkins

Harold Perkins announcement time: 3:30 p.m. CT on CBS Sports HQ
On3 RPM: LSU at 65.4 percent, Florida at 16.4 percent, Texas A&M at 15.9 percent
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 7 overall prospect, No. 1 LB, No. 2 prospect in Texas

Harold Perkins Scouting Report

One of the best run and hit linebacker prospects in the last handful of classes. Makes big plays on both sides of the ball. Ability to chase plays from the weak-side with ease and fluidity. Improvement in taking on blocks and blowing up offensive linemen is evident on senior video. Has also improved in timing blitzes. Playing snaps at safety and linebacker as a senior. Hands and ball skills are on the high-end.

Doubles as a big-play running back for Cy Park. Creates explosive plays by winning foot races and brute physicality. Averaging over 15 yards per carry and scoring on one out of every four carries as a senior. Has had a number of jaw-dropping athletic plays as a senior on offense, defense and special teams.

Athleticism shows up on the Cy Park basketball team as well with many plays well above the rim. Athleticism carries over to the combine setting. Posted a 4.49 second 40-yard dash on grass prior to junior season at 200-pounds. Carrying nearly 210-pounds as a senior while retaining athleticism. Has the frame to carry over 230 pounds.” – Charles Power

5-star S Jacoby Mathews

Jacoby Mathews announcement time: 6 p.m. CT on CBS Sports HQ
On3 RPM: LSU at 76.0 percent, Florida at 13.0 percent, Texas A&M at 10.5 percent
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 31 overall prospect, No. 2 safety, No. 1 prospect in Louisiana

Jacoby Mathews Scouting Report

High-end natural athlete with size and a thick build as a safety prospect. Explosive vertical athlete with high-end change of direction. Plays faster than he tests due to instincts and eye discipline. Covers ground, and closes angles with instinct. Plays with a physical mentality. Has maintained a safety build with the frame to carry over 220 pounds.

Has been a jack-of-all-trades at times for Ponchatoula High playing multiple spots including quarterback, but settling in at safety as a senior. Started on both sides of the ball as a freshman. Was also an All-District level basketball player that played well above the rim.” – Charles Power

4-star RB TreVonte’ Citizen

TreVonte’ Citizen announcement time: 11 a.m. CT at LCCP gym.
On3 RPM: Florida at 64.0 percent, LSU at 33.2 percent, Auburn at 1.1 percent.
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 93 overall prospect, No. 4 RB, No. 8 prospect in Louisiana

TreVonte’ Citizen Scouting Report

“Citizen has a near perfect body type for a running back. Stands close to 6-feet and carries 215-220-pounds perfectly proportioned. Has a developed lower body which works as a power base on the field. Put together a strong start to his senior season, averaging 11.4 yards per carry and scoring a touchdown on every six carries, prior to missing time with a broken finger. Out-played fellow top 2022 running back Branson Robinson head-to-head as a senior. Plays with the feel to drop his pads and runs with a low center of gravity.

Shows strong balance with the ability to both absorb and dish out contact. Displays the ability to stop-start with excellent feet in the hole. Flashes the ability to get small to rip to the second level. Quicker than fast. A tackle breaker with forward lean to finish runs at a high rate. Possesses cut-back peripheral vision and runs with a slashing style. Most comfortable running to his left as a left-hander at this stage.” – Charles Power

3-star DB Jaelyn Davis-Robinson

Jaelyn Davis-Robinson announcement time: 9 a.m. CT at Waxahachie High
On3 RPM: LSU at 93.9 percent
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 50 cornerback, No. 81 prospect in Texas

Jaelyn Davis-Robinson Scouting Report

“The first thing that immediately jumps out with Jaelyn Davis-Robinson is the speed. He consistently ran in the 10.8 range or lower in the 100 meters as a junior. You see that speed show up on the field with his ability to stay in phase on downfield routes. Davis-Robinson has the versatility to line up at multiple spots in the secondary, whether it’s at nickel, outside corner or safety.” – Charles Power

3-star TE Danny Lewis

Danny Lewis announcement time: 1 p.m. CT
On3 RPM: LSU at 62.1 percent, Alabama at 33.4 percent
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 30 tight end, No. 81 prospect in Louisiana

Danny Lewis Scouting Report

“Danny Lewis is an in-line tight end who can create a mismatch in the passing game as a big target over the middle of the field. He’s already pretty big, but I’d expect Lewis to continue adding size once he gets in a strength program at the college level. Lewis is at his best when he can match up against smaller defenders and use his size to box them out to win in contested situations. He also has the framework to be a strong blocker.” – Charles Power

4-star WR Caleb Douglas

Caleb Douglas announcement time: 1:30 p.m.
On3 RPM: Florida at 96.4 percent
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 48 wide receiver, No. 48 prospect in Texas.

Caleb Douglas Scouting Report

“Caleb Douglas was a big riser in our final rankings, moving up to No. 165 overall. Douglas impressed as a senior with his catch radius, strong hands at the catch point and movement skills. He makes full use of his 6-foot-7 wing-span to high-point balls at the catch point. Douglas is highly coordinated despite not spending a ton of time at receiver over the course of his career. He also has very nice quickness, validated by outstanding agility numbers in the combine setting.” – Charles Power
