Wolverine TV: Game clips of 2025 Michigan LB commit Mantrez Walker
Rising 2025 Michigan linebacker commit Mantrez Walker recorded three tackles and helped lead Buford (Ga.) High to a 10-7 win over Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek over the weekend.

Walker recruitment
Walker gave Michigan an early commitment back in February and returned to campus for a visit over the summer. He picked U-M over offers from Arkansas, Florida, LSU, Miami, Ohio State, Penn State, South Carolina, Stanford and others.
However, Walker has continued to explore his options and is especially interested in Miami. Michigan is slated to host him again when it takes on rival Ohio State in November.
Walker is part of a three-man 2025 Michigan recruiting class that also includes Top 100 Miami (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna defensive back Chris Ewald and rising Howell (Mich.) High defensive lineman Bobby Kanka.
