Stewart Recruitment

Stewart committed to Michigan in June shortly following his official visit and has remained solid over the last few months.

He sided with the Wolverines over offers from Georgia, Miami, Nebraska, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Wisconsin and others.

“I’ve been there like three or four times, and the experiences have been really good, especially the game days,” Stewart said following his commitment. “Coach (Ron) Bellamy is my guy. He tries to find as much time as he can to text me. He has a really good relationship with me.”

Stewart is hoping to make a return visit to Michigan for a game at some point this fall.

At 5-foot-10, 180 pounds, Stewart is ranked as the No. 55 wide receiver and No. 313 overall prospect in the country, per the On3 Industry Ranking. He is also ranked as the No. 8 overall recruit in the state of Illinois.

Stewart has an On3 NIL valuation of $71K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Michigan has 25 commits in its 2024 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 4 in the Big Ten and No. 15 nationally, per the On3 Industry team recruiting rankings. The class is highlighted by Top 100 Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller running back Jordan Marshall, Top 100 Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day quarterback Jadyn Davis and Top 100 Rochester (Mich.) Adams tight end Brady Prieskorn.
