Stackle is described by Texas as “a key member of the early days and one of the most dominant stretches of the Eddie Reese dynasty who won three NCAA individual titles in helping lead Texas to three-straight National Championships from 1988 to 1990.”

Dotson helped the Longhorns to two Southwest Conference titles in the 1970s and was part of the 1978 NIT Championship team. He eventually joined the Harlem Globetrotters.

The women’s class is headlined by Bedford, a 21-time All-American, and a two-time National Champion. Bedford won a gold medal at the Sydney Olympics in 2000 in the 4×100 medley relay.

Garner was a second-team All-American for the softball program in 2000, as well as a three-time All-Big 12 selection.

The newest members will be honored during football’s game versus UTSA on Saturday, Sept. 17.
