First cars, now clothes. Texas running back Bijan Robinson announced a new NIL sponsorship deal with apparel company Rhoback on Tuesday. The deal makes Rhoback the official apparel sponsor of the star back.
Other high-profile collegiate players to sign with Rhoback include Notre Dame tight end Matthew Mayer and Alabama EDGE Will Anderson.
“I am excited to have Rhoback Activewear as my official apparel sponsor and to become a leading face of the Rhoback U college athlete program,” Robinson said in a statement. “As one of the fastest growing activewear brands in the country, Rhoback immediately stood out for their high-quality gear and trendsetting content. There is a different excitement around Rhoback and I can’t wait to share it with the Austin community. Be on the lookout throughout the season for the awesome content we created together!”
Rhoback also released a statement: “We are beyond pumped to welcome Bijan Robinson to the Rhoback family. An All-American and Heisman candidate, Bijan will be a leading face of our Rhoback U program. Bijan has asserted himself as a leader in the Austin community and a role model to athletes across the country. We believe Bijan perfectly embodies the #craveactivity lifestyle. We are excited to share the content we have been working on with Bijan, helping solidify Rhoback U as one of the premier college athlete programs in the country.”
Robinson’s deal with Rhoback is one of many for the former five-star back. In addition to Rhoback, Robinson has deals with Onyx Authenticated (trading cards), Lamborghini Austin (cars), C4 Energy (beverage), DAZN (media entity), and Athletic Brewing Company (beverage).
