Sabrina Carpenter is available, maybe I should give her a call and see if she wants me?

Doubt Donovan is that desperate.

Donovan would definitely choose retirement over taking the dead end job in South Bend.

Billy Donovan has been the only adult in the Bulls’ organization for six years and that remained true to the very end.
He should take the year off and go to Kentucky in 11 months.

Going from the dysfunctional Bulls organization to Notre Dame and its casual commitment to college basketball would be like swimming from the Titanic to the Lusitania.
If Notre Dame is looking for a Donovan, I suggest they pursue Ray Donovan. He'd have a forceful way of recruiting and coaching.

I thought for sure they would offer Billy the president job and let him hire Unseld as the new coach.
Would have really been ideal, but seems like the Bulls blew it. Can't imagine that he'd want to deal with the college basketball BS again.

I think he is the type that always should have been a college coach. Like Rick Pitino and Danny Hurley etc. Billy Donovan will have great success at whatever program he gets hired at. Being a Bulls fan I was excited when he was hired, but felt his teams underachieved, and played god awful defense. Albeit he was stuck with an incompetent front-office in Chicago. But it was time for a change, it worries me who the Bulls will hire though.
