How former Mountaineers performed in NFL Week 9

Seven former West Virginia football players saw game action in the NFL’s Week 9 slate of games, while one received a bye and another landed on the inactive list.
Here is a breakdown of how they performed and their PFF grades.
Around the league
McKivitz’s 93 run block grade helped the San Francisco 49ers gain 159 yards on the ground in a 34-24 win against the New York Giants. This week, he was the 12th-ranked lineman graded at 83.9. He allowed three pressures on the quarterback and recorded a false start penalty in the second quarter.
Geno Smith, QB
Smith delivered his most passing yards since Week 3 in a 30-29 overtime loss against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He posted 284 yards and four touchdown passes, including an interception. He saw five carries for nine yards, as the Raiders fell to 2-6 on the season.
Douglas was the third-highest graded defender (70.2) with the Miami Dolphins in Thursday’s 28-6 loss against the Baltimore Ravens. He suffered a toe injury, limiting him to a season low of 36 snaps. He allowed 21 yards, as 3-of-5 targets were successful on him. Douglas made four tackles in Week 9.
Frazier was dominant in pass blocking snaps with a grade of 84.2, not allowing a single pressure on the quarterback. He saw the second-highest blocking grade on the Pittsburgh Steelers at 65.7 in a 27-20 win against the Indianapolis Colts.
Austin Brinkman, LS
In Week 9, Brinkman totaled his best PFF grade of his career at 65.6. He was called upon to snap for a season-high 14 plays. He snapped for eight punts and six kick attempts in an 18-15 loss against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Dante Stills, DT
Playing on Monday Night Football, Stills saw a season low of 18 snaps. He recorded a tackle and no pressures on the quarterback. The past two weeks, Stills has struggled to make an impact with only a single tackle and forcing two quarterback hurries between 49 snaps.
As a member of the Arizona Cardinals, he saw a 27-17 win against the Dallas Cowboys.
With the Atlanta Falcons, Sills played in 38 snaps. He has seen four consecutive weeks of 20 or more passing snaps, after only recording 21 through the team’s first four games. He received one target, but didn’t record a catch in a 24-23 loss against the New England Patriots.
Rex Sunahara, LS
As the Cleveland Browns were on a bye, Sunahara got so much-needed rest, as the Browns are tied for the second most punts in the league at 42 and lead the league with 5.3 punts per game.
Wyatt Milum, G
Milum was listed as inactive for the seventh time this season with the Jaguars.
