West Virginia kicker Ethan Head to enter transfer portal
West Virginia kicker Ethan Head plans to enter the transfer portal when the database opens Jan. 2.
Head, 6-foot-1, 185-pounds, spent only one season with the Mountaineers after transferring from Tulane. During that season with the Green Wave Head recorded 49 of his 76 kicks as touchbacks, for a 65% touchback rate.
This past year with West Virginia he had 26 kickoffs for an average of 59.2 yards and 4 touchbacks.
Head has two years of eligibility remaining in his career.
