Kentucky Men's Soccer Unveils 2023-24 Match Schedule

The Kentucky Men’s Soccer team is gearing up for another season on the pitch. After a disappointing finish in the round of sixteen at the NCAA Tournament, the ‘Cats will look to regain the high standard they created for themselves last season.
Exhibitions to start
The Wildcats’ first match is coming up quickly as it is one of two exhibition games that will be played against Southern Indiana on August 13 at home. From there, a second will be on the road at Northern Kentucky on August 19.
Regular season play will start on August 24 at The Wendell and Vickie Bell Soccer Complex against Florida Gulf Coast. And then just four days later, the ‘Cats will continue to take their home field versus East Tennessee State on Aug. 28.
The start of September will be a trying time for Kentucky as it makes its first road trip up north to face Big Ten opponent Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Wisc. on the first of the month. From there, the Wildcats will travel back down to Kentucky to take on in-state rival Louisville on Sept. 5.
Conference play picks up
Following their time on the road, the ‘Cats will return to The Bell to match up against Lipscomb on Sept. 8. Kentucky’s first conference match will be against the Gamecocks of South Carolina on Sept. 15 and then following a non-conference match against Ohio State on the 19th, conference play will be full steam ahead.
