The OU recruiting report with Josh McCuistion, Eddie Radosevich and George Stoia is back this week after a few staff changes.

On Monday, it was reported by SoonerScoop.com that the director of player personnel and recruiting J.R. Sandlin was leaving the program. He had been a part of the program for the past two years, serving as a right-hand man to coach Brent Venables. Sandlin is expected to leave for SMU where he will be an assistant athletic director and football general manager.

It was also reported on Monday that OU is set to hire Jolie Ale as its director of on-campus recruiting. Ale, who has worked at USC, Utah and the LA Chargers, replaces Lee Davis who left for UCF.

The guys discuss the moves and give their thoughts on the direction of the staff under Venables. They also mention that the moves will likely elevate current football staffers Woody Glass and Curtis Lofton.

And lastly, with a busy March ahead, McCuistion breaks down several 2025 and 2026 targets to watch. OU is set to have its next Junior Day on March 9 with several big names in the 2026 class being on campus. And the Sooners are already locking down visitors for the spring game on April 20. Washington High School tight end Nate Roberts is one of many expected to be in attendance. Roberts is also scheduled to visit Ohio State on April 13.

All of that and more is covered in this week’s recruiting report on SoonerScoop.com’s YouTube page.
