Texas’ No. 3 2023 recruiting class included 10 top 100 prospects according to the final On300, which was released on Tuesday. Several other Texas signees and early enrollees were included in On3’s final update to its class of 2023 rankings.

New Orleans (La.) Isidore Newman quarterback Arch Manning dropped from No. 1 to No. 3, but retained his Five-Star Plus+ status.

Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater RB Cedric Baxter Jr., dropped from No. 24 to No. 28, but retained his On3 five-star status.

Waco (Texas) Connally ATH/LB Jelani McDonald moved up from No. 82 to No. 41 after a strong week of practice at the All-American Bowl in San Antonio.

DeSoto (Texas) wide receiver Johntay Cook moved up from No. 71 to No. 57.

Denton (Texas) Ryan linebacker Anthony Hill moved up from No. 62 to No. 59.

New Iberia (La.) Westgate safety Derek Williams dropped from No. 32 to No. 61.

Dallas (Texas) South Oak Cliff cornerback Malik Muhammad dropped from No. 38 to No. 65.

Teague (Texas) LB/EDGE Derion Gullette dropped from No. 61 to No. 82.

Austin (Texas) Westlake EDGE Colton Vasek dropped from No. 79 to No. 90.

Aldine (Texas) Eisenhower wide receiver Ryan Niblett moved up from No. 95 to No. 92.

Killeen (Texas) Harker Heights offensive lineman Jaydon Chatman dropped from No. 98 to No. 102.

Fort Worth (Texas) North Crowley linebacker S’Maje Burrell dropped from No. 129 to No. 185.

Melissa (Texas) offensive lineman Trevor Goosby moved up from No. 268 to No. 198.

Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco wide receiver DeAndre Moore Jr. dropped from No. 196 to No. 225.

Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic defensive tackle Sydir Mitchell dropped from No. 223 to No. 232.

Lehi (Utah) Skyridge EDGE Tausili Akana dropped from No. 286 to out of the final On300.

Top target and Phoenix (Ariz.) Pinnacle tight end Duce Robinson dropped from No. 21 to No. 23, but retained five-star status.
