KSR Road Trip: Experience War Eagle Loss for Auburn against Kentucky

Before every Auburn football game, the Tigers proclaim that Jordan-Hare Stadium features “The greatest spectacle in college football.” Kentucky Sports Radio went to The Plains to see if that is, in fact, the truth.
Steven Peake scoured the stadium inside and out, before and after the game, where he ran into quite a few raucous Kentucky fans who disagreed with that statement. We found some friends who were cheering loudly in the stands, like stat wizard Corey Price and KSR Photographer Aaron Perkins, who were fired up to see the Cats bring their A-game to Auburn.
Even though the play on the field didn’t match it, the pregame festivities and the fourth-quarter presentation at Jordan-Hare Stadium were impressive. There were a few celebrity sightings, like former head coach and U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville. KSR also found an Auburn Pope. He was among the many who were ready to see Hugh Freeze go. Kentucky happily obliged.
Relive all of the fun from the win. Stick around for the postgame celebration and Peake’s reenactment of the Kick Six. “Auburn’s gonna win the football game! Not tonight.”
