2023 Dexter (MI) High School four-star TE Brennan Parachek has signed with Michigan State. Parachek, standing at 6-foot-6, 235-pounds, originally committed to the Spartans on September 28, 2021. The four-star was Michigan State’s first commitment in their 2023 class. Parachek held additional offers from Alabama, Georgia, Miami (FL), Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, and more. The 2023 On3 Consensus four-star is ranked No. 313 nationally, the No. 19 tight end, and the No. 4 player in the state of Michigan.
On3 rates Parachek a four-star prospect (91.00), No. 258 nationally, the No. 15 tight end, and the No. 4 player in the state of Michigan.
“I am just super excited to get there and get going,” said Parachek, who plans to enroll early. “It’s pretty much been my home since day one. So, I’m just super excited to get there and play for everyone. They really made it home the first time I was there. It’s pretty much where I’ve wanted to go. They made it home and my relationship with everyone is amazing.”

Thickly-built athlete with dense lowers who can attack the football as a pass catcher and maul defenders in the run game. Excellent job of making defenders miss after the catch and finishing as a ball carrier. Uses his size to box out defenders at the catch point. Willing blocker who looks to bury opponents. Needs to add mass in his upper body and will get stronger as he works in a collegiate strength and conditioning program. High floor player who can play as an in-line Y or flexed out in the slot at the next level. Varsity starter on his high school basketball team. High-caliber baseball prospect as well at first base and as a pitcher.
