While the Texas defense continues to shine, Arch Manning and the offense continues to struggle. The Horns defeated UTEP on Saturday from Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and here’s what the player had to say.

“A little bit. I’m just frustrated. I know I’m better than this. I’ve got to play better.” Manning, on if he’s mad at himself
“Maybe it slides against UTEP, but it’s not going to win us games in the SEC.” ..on his performance thus far
