LA Tech Preview
Louisiana Tech secured a hard-fought 75–73 victory over Indiana State on Wednesday night.
DJ Dudley delivered the dagger, sinking the game-winning shot with 1.4 seconds left to lift the Bulldogs to the win. Coming off the bench, Dudley led Tech in scoring with 17 points in 30 impactful minutes.
AJ Bates (16), Scotter Williams (12), Kaden Cooper (10), and Sir Isaac Herron (10) also reached double figures, giving the Bulldogs a balanced offensive attack.
It was Tech’s most efficient outing of the season, as the Bulldogs shot a blistering 52% from the floor and an impressive 86% at the free-throw line.
Alcorn State Preview
After opening the season with seven straight losses, Alcorn State finally broke through on Friday, securing an 81–74 victory over Indiana State for their first win of the year.
Jameel Morris and Davian Williams powered the Braves’ offense, combining for 32 points on an efficient 13-of-21 shooting.
Tycen McDaniels delivered a strong all-around performance as well, recording a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds in 33 minutes.
