Friday injury report leaves status of several key Florida Gators up in the air

The Florida Gators issued their latest availability report on Friday night, along with Ole Miss. It’s the third of four injury reports released before the Gators (3-6, 2-4 SEC) face the No. 7 Rebels (9-1, 5-1 SEC) on Saturday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.

Florida starters Vernell Brown III and Myles Graham remain listed as probable in Friday’s injury report. Brown III missed the Georgia game with an AC sprain but returned against Kentucky. Graham has not missed any action this season to date, has started all 9 games at linebacker, and leads the Gators in tackles.
Florida defensive lineman Caleb Banks remains listed as doubtful in Friday’s injury report. He has been out since the LSU game, which was his season debut. He missed most of the offseason with a foot injury, then reinjured his foot at LSU and had in-season surgery. This is the first week since the LSU game where Banks appeared as anything other than out.
Offensive lineman Roderick Kearney remains listed as out in Friday’s report. That was the case on Thursday after Kearney appeared as questionable on Wednesday’s initial report.
Nine previously injured Gators that remained on the availability report as out include wide receivers Eugene Wilson III (ankle) and Dallas Wilson (foot), running backs Ja’Kobi Jackson, EDGE LJ McCray (foot), and defensive backs Aaron Gates (shoulder) and Dijon Johnson (knee), Michael Caraway Jr. (undisclosed), and Javion Toombs (undisclosed).
