Purdue OL Tyrell Green no longer on team
Purdue offensive lineman Tyrell Green is no longer part of the program, GoldandBlack.com has learned.
Green spent his time at Purdue with the scout team, buried on the depth chart. He had three years of eligibility. Green chose the Boilermakers over interest from Texas Tech and Syracuse.

Green was part of large collection of portal offensive linemen the staff brought in during the offseason, committing back in April from Eastern Kentucky.
The 6-6, 355-pound Green was coming off a true freshman season at EKU in which he started 10 of 13 games and was an FCS Freshman All-American honoree.
A Toledo, Ohio, native, Green prepped at Central Catholic High.
