ACC unveils conference schedule
We officially have dates to matchup with opponents for the 2026 season.
at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, the ACC unveiled its conference slate with its Schedule Release Show (way too long by the way). We knew the opponents, but here’s where and when BC will be playing in 2026:
Week 1 – 9/5 @ Cincy
Tough opener with a brand new roster and major staff changes. BC will probably be a dog heading into this one, we’ll learn a lot early.
Week 2 – 9/12 vs. Rutgers (Red Bandana Game)
Hey it’s a miracle. Someone at BC actually did something correctly and put the Red Bandana Game in September AND as close to 9/11 as possible. Would be nice to see this be a prime time game, but would guess 3:30.
Week 3 – 9/13 vs. Maine
Black Bears visit for the first time in a few years. Jordan Steevens has Maine going in the right direction, but no excuse here.
Week 4 – 9/26 vs. Virginia Tech
Anytime you don’t have to go to Blacksburg it’s a good thing.
Week 5 – 10/3 @ SMU
Tough one on the road. Wouldn’t expect much from the Eagles here unless they’re just way better than most expect. Although, if cohesiveness comes together early, you never know.
Week 6 – 10/10 – BYE
Week 7 – 10/17 vs. Pitt
Tough game, but I refuse to believe after the absolute ass kicking the Panthers gave BC this past season, that BC won’t be out hunting for a bit of revenge.
Week 8 – 10/24 @ Georgia Tech
Same thing applies here as the SMU game in my opinion.
Week 9 – 10/31 @ Duke
I think the Blue Devils are probably going to be in the same (ish) boat as BC. Hard fought, competitive game here.
Week 10 – 11/7 vs. Florida State
Man, I wish TC was coming back. Still, home (maybe prime time) against a ‘who the hell are they this week?’ Seminoles team.
Week 11 – 11/14 @ Notre Dame
Not great.
Week 12 – 11/21 vs. Syracuse
No idea how they’ll be this season, but I have to think if this is another tough year that the Orange provide another very winnable game.
Week 13 – 11/28 @ Miami
Awesome to see this rivalry back. Shame it’s not up here for a weather game to close out the 2026 campaign.
